ROAD SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL


FILE N O: 8806-24-4520 - Snow and ice removal and supply of materials for routes 337, 343, 347, in the municipalities of Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez, Sainte-Émélie-de-l'Énergie, Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare, Sainte-Marcelline-de-Kildare, Saint-Côme and Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci, MRC de Joliette et Matawinie, electoral districts of Joliette, Bertrand and Berthier. Physical length of 72.006 km and weighted length of 72.267 km.

The contract is for one year, with an option to renew for one or two additional successive periods of twelve months each.

Tender documents are available only through the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO).


CONDITIONS

Only bids submitted by qualified service providers with an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements will be considered.


Experience required

Service providers must have the minimum experience required in the Additional Instructions (Experience).


Tender guarantee

- 10% of the bid amount (bond) OR

- 5% of bid amount (certified cheque, money order, draft or irrevocable
irrevocable letter of guarantee)
