PUBLIC NOTICE
PROJECT: 85-metre rehabilitation of Rue des Loisirs
The municipality of Saint-Léon-de-Standon is requesting tenders for roadway repairs on rue des Loisirs. The work includes, but is not limited to, the reconstruction of ± 85 m of roadway, as well as the removal of one (1) culvert and the replacement of one (1) TBA culvert.
Please note that the work planned on Rue des Loisirs will be carried out under the TECQ program. They are therefore conditional on obtaining financial assistance from this program and financing from the Municipality (borrowing by-law, etc.).
The bidder awarded the contract must have carried out the work in accordance with the plans and specifications drawn up by the MRC de Bellechasse on April 5, 2024.
The municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
