PUBLIC TENDER FOR WORKS RELATED TO THE
SNOW REMOVAL AND ROAD DE-ICING
RECEIPT AND OPENING OF BIDS IN QUEBEC
FILE NO.: 7186-19-4527 Snow removal, de-icing and material supplies for roads 138, 363, 40530, 40720 and Provencher Street, in the municipalities of Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade and Deschambault-Grondines and in the cities of Portneuf and Saint-Marc-des-Carrières, MRC de Portneuf, electoral district of Portneuf. Physical length of 40,451 km and weighted length of 42,870 km.
The estimated amount1 of the work, excluding icebreaking materials,
is between $100,000.00 and $249,999.99.
This contract is for a period of one year and has a renewal option for two additional and successive periods of twelve months each.
Only bids submitted by service providers with an establishment in Quebec or a territory covered by the applicable agreements and who have a minimum of 1 year's experience in road de-icing snow removal contracts OR 2 years in snow truck rental contracts with an operator will be considered.
Bid security required:
In the form of a certified or certified cheque, money order, draft or irrevocable letter of guarantee:
- 1.5% of the bid amount for contracts between $25,000 and $59,999.99;
- 3% of the bid amount for contracts from $60,000 to $99,999.99;
- 5% of the bid amount for contracts of $100,000 and over.
In the form of a bond:
- 10% of the bid amount
Bidding documents are only available through the SEAO Electronic Bidding System.
