This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 517410.The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking small business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers, of functionally equivalent equipment to all the following:

Digital Media System

0001: Hughes Digital Media Enterprise Signage Bulletin Board

0002: HS1100 Media Player (or equivalent) with locking brackets, installed utilizing existing TVs

0003: 55" HD TV & HS1100 Media Player or equivalent (e.g. Smart TV with integrated Media Player) with locking brackets, installed

0004: Digital Media Enterprise Bulletin Board - HW Maintenance, Advance Warranty Replacement and Software Maintenance for 36 months

0005: Digital Media Enterprise Bulletin Board - Tier 1 Customer Support of Enterprise Server for 36 months

0006: Digital Media Player - Three Business Day Field Maintenance for 24 Media Players for 36 months

0007: Digital Media Player - Tier 1 Customer Support of 24 Media Players for 36 months

0008: Site Survey

0009: Install electrical outlet adjacent to each TV

0010: Install LAN jack adjacent to each TV
