These requirements MUST be met in order to be considered for this procurement.

All Shipping and Handling must be included (if applicable) and must not exceed $249.

The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 8, 12, 13, and 19, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Small Business Programs, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516 size standard 1000 employees. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer/quote price does not exceed the amount of funding available for the procurement, and whose offered/quoted price is found to be reasonable.  Price alone is the sole evaluation factor.

The Contract begins on the date of award. Due to time constraints, responses to the solicitation shall be due on Monday May 27, 2019 at 1:00 PM PST.
