Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify in locating capable small businesses, including Service Disabled and Veteran Owned small businesses, or any business size, capable of providing the items as listed in the attached Statement of Need. NAICS Code 325412, PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION MANUFACTURING. These items are for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Wilmington VA Medical Center, Nuclear Medicine Department, Wilmington, DE, 19805.

Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the principal components of supplies listed in the attached document. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, Point of Contact, business size info. All information is to be submitted via e-mail at jason.may2@va.gov and ronald.kline@va.gov. Information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language. Responses are due by 2:00pm EST on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is the government obligated to issue an RFQ. STATEMENT OF NEED

The Wilmington VA Medical Center in Wilmington, Delaware, located at 1601 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington, DE 19805 has a requirement for a United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (US NRC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Licensed Contractor to provide radiopharmaceuticals for the Nuclear Medicine Department for patient care. The Wilmington VA Medical Center in Wilmington, Delaware intends to award a base year plus four option years, firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Requirements Contract to a licensed Radio-pharmacy authorized to manufacture and distribute Radiopharmaceutical Supplies and Services in Delaware with a period of performance of October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2024. The successful awardee agrees in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein, to furnish Radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Regulations. The successful awardee shall be able to provide all of the items listed in the Schedule of Supplies with deliveries when required. Multiple awards will not be made.
