Gypsum - lime thin layer plaster 650 m2
Lime - cement plaster 2 - layered 200 m2
Cement plaster damp rooms 80 m2
Filling old plaster 90 m2
incl. other services such as
- Subfloors, soffits, rails, corner protection etc.

ETICS
Facade insulation, mineral wool 16 cm 280 m2
min. Flush-mounted/ noble scratch plaster with fabric embedding 280 m2
Base insulation XPS 140 mm, up to 40 cm below OKG 100 m2
min. plinth plaster, with fabric embedding 100 m2
incl. otherwise. Services such as
- Subfloors, reveals, rails, corner protection, etc.

Execution period: 14.10.2019 to 13.12.2019

Deadline for award of contract: 06.09.2019

Remuneration:
The above fee will be charged for the tender documents if the awarding authority sends the tender documents to the bidder by post. In this case, the fee must be paid into the customer's account at Sparkasse Jena, IBAN DE 58830 530300 000033 030 with the reason for payment 6661 prior to collection or dispatch of the documents.
620301 and the note "Vereinsheim Jena-Maua, Lot 07". The deposit will not be refunded; cheques will not be accepted!
The award documents are also made available by the awarding authority on the homepage www.kij.de . If the tender documents are independently downloaded electronically by the tenderer, no fee shall be payable.

Obligation of the tenderer to provide independent information on changes to the tender documents:
Insofar as the tender documents are made available on the homepage www.kij.de/ausschreibungen, all changes and bidder enquiries plus their replies will also be posted there by the awarding authority. The bidder, who downloads the tender documents without registering, is therefore obliged to inform himself independently about this and to ensure that his bid contains the current version of the tender documents.
It should be noted that tenders are excluded on the basis of outdated tender documents within the framework of procurement law regulations.
It is also possible to register voluntarily on the homepage www.kij.de/ausschreibungen under the corresponding lot. As soon as the registration has been completed, all changes and bidder enquiries, together with their replies, will be sent to the bidder at the registered e-mail address. This does not release the tenderer from the obligation to ensure that his tender contains the current version of the tender documents.
