No. 217- Morin Lake – Lagoon and SPS Upgrades, ISC Project No. CT622; Contract 2 – Sewage Pump Station No. 1 and No. 2 UpgradesA Request to Pre-Qualify (RTP) for Prime Contractors and Underground Contractors process has been completed prior to issuance of these Bid Documents. Only Bids from the pre-qualified Prime contractors shall be opened.  Any Bids received from companies that are not pre-qualified shall be returned to the Bidder unopenedElectronic PDF copies of Bids with the subject line “BID-(CONTRACTOR)–Morin Lake Lagoon and SPS Upgrades; Contract 2 - SPS Upgrades” shall be emailed to:Saskatoon.Reception@aecom.com, before 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on July 4, 2024 Only electronic Bid submissions will be accepted. Emails will not be opened before 2:00:00 p.m.. Should an issue occur opening the bid, bidders will be notified within one (1) hour of opening the bids. Bids will be opened publicly at the office of AECOM, 200-2100 8th Street East, Saskatoon, SK. The Work generally comprises of the construction of a new SPS No. 1 and demolition of the existing facility as well as expansion and upgrades at SPS No. 2. The work includes:Construction of a new SPS No. 1Demolition and decommissioning of existing SPS No. 1Expansion and upgrades to SPS No. 2The Work is inclusive of all process and pumping equipment, mechanical building systems and HVAC, and electrical/instrumentation and controls.Construction of gravity sewer main and sewage force main and new water service connection.Associated site works including grading, landscaping, fencing, and driveways.The work is located in the community of Hall Lake in the Morin Lake Indian Reserve No. 217.Only Bids from the following Prime Contractors who were shortlisted through the pre-qualification process will be accepted:Alpha Construction Inc.Industra Construction Corp.Con-Tech General Contractors Ltd.Hipperson Construction Company Ltd.Kelsey Pipelines Ltd.  Bid submissions from Prime Contractors may only include use of the subcontractors listed below who were shortlisted through the pre-qualification process for mechanical and electrical scopes. Qualified Electrical Subcontractors:Alpha Construction Inc.Flyer Electric LPHumboldt Electric LimitedQualified Mechanical Subcontractors:Alpha Construction Inc.Industra Construction Corp.Interwest Mechanical Ltd.Copies of the Bid Documents in electronic format will be issued to successfully qualified prime contractors and subcontractors.
