Description

The Université de Montréal is issuing a call for tenders to retain the services of a general contractor to redevelop the central offices on the 9th floor of the Faculty of Law, located in the Maximilien-Caron Pavilion, to include closed offices, storage space, a stationery store and an open area with a waiting area and kitchenette for employees and visitors.
The scope of work includes demolition and reconstruction of new floor finishes, suspended ceiling systems, partitions, interior doors, signage to identify the premises, plumbing and ventilation work, new sprinklers, lighting, electrical outlets and networks.
Peripheral offices on the 9th floor will be occupied during the works, see additional contractual conditions.
