The Support Equipment and Vehicles Division at Robins AFB, Georgia (AFLCMC/WNZ) has a requirement for production and repair of the 463L cargo pallet.

Quantity:
•-       Basic Period ~ Production BEQ 20,000 each and Repair BEQ 10,580 each
•-       Option Period I ~ Production BEQ 20,000 each and Repair BEQ 10,580 each
•-       Option Period II ~ Production BEQ 10,000 each and Repair BEQ 10,080 each
•-       Option Period III ~ Production BEQ 5,000 each and Repair BEQ 6,000 each
•-       Option Period IV ~ Production BEQ 5,000 each and Repair BEQ 6,000 each
•-       Total Quantity ~ Production BEQ 60,000 each and Repair BEQ 43,240 each
Delivery:
•-       Deliveries shall begin 30 days ARO funded order or reparable asset, whichever is later.  The Government's required delivery output is 1,667 per month production and 882 per month repair.
 
 
THE RFP WILL BE ISSUED SOLE SOURCE TO AAR MOBILITY SYSTEMS (CAGE: 80298) IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 6.302-1.
 
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract with a 1 year basic and four 1 year option periods. Solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or around 20 May 2019. This solicitation issue date and the response date listed above are both estimates. All questions must be submitted in writing to joseph.jones.81@us.af.mil with copy to timothy.hudson@us.af.mil.
