This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The purpose of this project is to integrate the audio/visual capabilities to an updated and simplified video tele-conferencing system for the 461st ACW wing conference room located in Building 2072 at Robins AFB, GA.  This room is used to provide command and control as well as conduct briefings for the 461st ACW.  Upon completion of this project, the staff will have the capability to view graphical content from existing workstations connected to the local area network or standalone work stations, and the capability for switching to secure/non-secure video teleconferencing. The requirements set forth in this SOW are for purchasing of new and additional equipment, as specified, and installation services for the new and existing audio/visual equipment, new and existing VTC equipment, along with a maintenance contract for the VTC that will support Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) compliance updates on any associated equipment that requires these compliance updates for 461st ACW Command Section Conference Room.
All submitted quotes need to have separate prices for each line item. Quotes will be reviewed on Technical Acceptability, Price, and Past Performance.
