The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for:
42 SAMWELL ST, CROYDON, 5 GREENAWAY ST, NORMANTON & 7 GRENAWAY ST, NORMANTON - Modern Methods of Construction - Site Setup & Siteworks - Contractor Scope
Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:

Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works
Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
Office located within the FNQ, North West or Northern region
Minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2
​Where a PQC level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Governments' PQC System for the PQC Level required (or higher)

Submissions are to be electronic via the QBuild eTender site. The tender close date is Thursday, 9th May 2024 at 14:00pm AEST
