CALL FOR TENDERS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RECEPTION AND OPENING OF TENDERS FILE No: 4103-24-LC01 DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT: On-demand contract to several service providers to carry out sampling and sample recovery, perform tests, collect information and issue technical opinions for the entire territory of the province of Quebec, MRCs and various electoral districts. Only bids submitted by service providers with an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements will be considered. Tender documents are available only through the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO). For information on the interpretation of tender documents, contact the secretary of the selection committee responsible by e-mail, specifying the file number in your request. Please note that questions from service providers are transcribed as they appear, if necessary, in the addendum.
