will be received until 2 p.m., local time, on April 30, 2024 to be publicly opened
at the same place, on the same day and at the same time. This call for tenders is for the construction of a
41-unit NovoClimat-certified building, located in the city of Mirabel.
Tender documents are available on the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by
by contacting one of our representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or by consulting the
website at http://www.seao.ca/. Documents may be obtained at the cost established by SEAO.
No information meetings will be held.
Tenders may be submitted by companies headquartered in Quebec and by any other company that
that comply with the public procurement liberalization agreements established by the Quebec government.
Quebec companies must hold a license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, in accordance with
Building Act (R.S.Q., c.B-1.1), covering the work required. This license must be valid at the time
at the time of bid submission.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of
