This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Please refer to the attached RFQ labeled "M68450-19-Q-X002" which is performed under authority of FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This RFQ solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 Effective 20 Dec 2018.

Under authority of FAR 19.000(b), this solicitation is not set aside for small business concerns and is solicited for full and open competition.
Requested for quote is a 3D Scanner Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with accessories and software to further enable the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Crisis Response - Central Command (SPMAGTF-CR-CC) - Logistics Combat Element's (LCE's) Additive Manufacturing Program to expeditiously provide maintenance while forward deployed. The 3D Scanner CMM will reduce reverse engineering time and trial by error design of digital renderings of items to be 3D printed by the SPMAGTF-CR-CC LCE Maintenance Section.
The delivery point can be found in the attached RFQ solicitation labeled "M68450-19-Q-X002" and below under "Place of Contract Performance." Delivery for all items shall be FOB Destination.
Offers are due no later than 10:00 AM PST (8:00 PM GMT+3) on Monday 22 April 2019.
Questions are due no later than 10:00 AM PST (8:00 PM GMT+3) on Monday 15 April 2019. Any questions received after this time may not result in answers, nor will amendments to solicitation be guaranteed.
Offers are to be submitted via email to andrew.collins3@me.usmc.mil and patrick.fullbright@me.usmc.mil. A response will be submitted to the offeror acknowledging the receipt of each offer. If a response is not received, it is recommended that the offeror send a separate email without attachments requesting acknowledgement or to call the Contracting Officer via DSN at 318-345-5052 or by cell at +965-9959-6039. Offers received after the offer due date and time may not be considered for award.
