The tender must be accompanied by the following documents for the assessment of the suitability and non-existence of grounds for exclusion:

(a) a self-declaration by the contracting authority of the entry in a professional or trade register using the attached form of the contracting authority

(b) the tenderer's own declaration that it will comply with its legal obligation to pay taxes and duties and to pay social security contributions (using the contracting authority's attached form).

c) Total sales figures of the company for the last 3 financial years, on an annual basis.
