Description

Title: Structural protection Am Ring 13-27 in Böhlen

Installation of a black tank in the boiler room
The residential building on the property Am Ring 13-27 in Böhlen, which was built between 1979 and 1981 in prefabricated construction, is being secured due to groundwater contamination. The apartment building consists of 2 buildings with 4 entrances each and has a full basement. There are 80 rental units in the buildings. The foundations were laid on strip foundations. The rising exterior basement walls were constructed from 19 cm thick prefabricated reinforced concrete walls and are finished on the inside with plaster/paint and on the outside with a seal against non-pressing water. The basement floor structure consists of an approx. 5.4 cm thick screed on a concrete floor slab. The basement contains the house connections, the boiler room and the tenants' cellars including corridors and stairwells.
The floor area of the building is approx. 1040 m². Areas of approx. 35 m² (boiler room) are affected by the groundwater rebound.
To implement the hazard prevention measure, the basement is secured by installing a black tank. Access to this secured area will be created by means of a new external access.
Type and scope of service:
- Construction site equipment and creation of temporary access using the existing access through the basement area

- Preservation of evidence

- Dismantling and reinstallation of the existing building services

- Disposal of excavated soil (approx. 15 t), demolition of structural installations (demolition of concrete base, internal staircase, floor structure, demolition of door opening, fixtures, ...) (approx. 5.5 t)), disposal of mixed building rubble (approx. 2 t), disposal of compostable waste from clearing (approx. 1 t), disposal of waste wood (approx. 1.0 t), plastic waste (approx. 0.5 t), insulation material (approx. 0.5 t), disposal of mixed scrap metal and cable waste (approx. 1.1 t)

- Relocation and new installation of various media lines including the existing house connections in the basement and outside area

- Pick up paved topsoil (paving) and store to the side (approx. 20 m²)

- Excavate soil for outside access (approx. 35 m³) including shoring

- Relocation and new installation of various media lines including the existing house connections in the basement and outside area (approx. 50 m)

- Laying the waterproofing layer including preparatory work (leveling the surfaces approx. 81 m²; (foil waterproofing - approx. 95 m²)

- Installation of buoyancy protection (floor slab approx. 7.5 m³, wall upstand approx. 8 m³, reinforcement approx. 1.5 t)

- Concreting of external staircase (approx. 4.0 m³ concrete, reinforcement approx. 0.5 t)

- Restoration of the fixtures (doors, staircase, painting work, ...)

- Restoration of the outdoor area (approx. 15 m² paved area)

- Delivery and installation of a canopy and fall protection on new external staircase

VOB/B is agreed for the execution of the order. The client reserves the right to

the services in accordance with the provisions of VOB/B.
