Supply and distribution of eggs and egg products for the Montreal and Lac-Leamy casinos.
Closing date: May 17, 2024, 2 p.m. local time

Société des casinos du Québec inc, doing business as Resto-Casino (hereinafter referred to as "SCQ"), wishes to receive bids for the supply and distribution of eggs and its processed products for the Montreal and Lac-Leamy casinos.
Tenders must be submitted electronically, and may only be made through the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system (SEAO), at the following address: www.seao.ca.
The bid must be submitted (encrypted, transmitted, time-stamped and saved on the SEAO servers) before May 17, 2024, 2 p.m. local time.
All terms and conditions of this call for tenders are contained in this document.
No bids received after the closing date and time will be accepted.
To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must meet the following criteria and provide the document specified below, failing which its bid will be automatically rejected:

Have obtained the call for tenders document via the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system "SEAO";
Have a permanent place of business in Quebec, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours;
Hold a valid Attestation de Revenu Québec, which must not have been issued after the closing date and time of this call for tenders. If the Bidder does not hold such an attestation, it must provide the "Absence of Establishment in Quebec" form attached to Section C - "Bid Form" of this document, if it does not have an establishment in Quebec where it carries on its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours;
The Tenderer must have, at the date of submission of tenders, three (3) years' experience in the supply and distribution of food products. In this regard, the SCQ may consider the experience of a subsidiary of the Tenderer, its parent company or a company resulting from the merger of the Tenderer, one of its subsidiaries or its parent company.


Not be registered in the register of companies ineligible for public contracts (RENA).
Have submitted their bid electronically via the SEAO;

In the case of a bid whose integrity has not been ascertained, failure to remedy this irregularity within two (2) working days following the notice of default sent by Société des casinos du Québec inc. will result in the rejection of the bid.
An unintelligible, infected or otherwise illegible bid once its integrity has been established by the AETS will also be automatically rejected.
The SCQ does not undertake to accept the lowest or any other bid received and, where applicable, will select the bid that best meets its needs.
