Canada - 24-34N - Construction Management Eagle Mountain Roof Replacement

The Board invites Proposals from fully qualified RCABC member Roofing Contractors with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for the provision of Roofing Construction and Project Management Services for a roof replacement at Eagle Mountain Middle School. All material, roofing or otherwise, is to be installed to Roofing Contractor Association of B.C. guarantee standards or better and/or manufacturer’s instructions.There is a mandatory site visit planned for Wednesday April 17, 2024, at 9:30 am local time at Eagle Mountain Middle located at 110 Dogwood Dr, Anmore, BC V3H 5G1. The meeting location will be at the school front entrance. All drawings and specifications will be distributed to Contractors that attend the mandatory site meeting. A Sign-In Sheet will be provided at the site to show proof of attendance for the Proponents. The Board reserves the right to disqualify any Proponent who does not attend or sign in for a Mandatory Site Meeting.Please complete the Tender Notice Form and return by Monday April 15, 2024 at 4:00 pm PST in order to receive the specifications, drawings and further communication regarding this RFP.
