Description
The City of Camden’s Department of Planning and Development and Department of Finance, Bureau of Grants Management, is seeking a consultant to assist in meeting HUD-mandated planning requirements associated with its Federal Funding programs (CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA). Specifically, the development of a Five-Year Consolidated Plan, Annual Plan, and an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI). It is the City’s intent to choose one firm for the development of these documents.
