Description
The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for ROOFING REPLACEMENT including,Replace roofing sections A1, A2, A3, D1, D2, and F1 comprising of approximately 43,500 square feet. Replace with 2 ply modified bitumen roof system with a design criterion of 2% slope.Replace roof top mechanical units as required.Install permanent access ladder to A1.Scheduleas further described herein at: TAGWI SECONDARY SCHOOL16750 Highway # 43, R.R. #1, Avonmore, ON, K0C 1C0 All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about July 2, 2024. ALL WORK AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS TENDER MUST HAVE REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION ON OR BEFORE August 26, 2024.
