Description

VACSWIM is a program run by the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing (ORSR) to provide children aged three to 12 years with opportunities to develop a range of skills and positive experiences in relation to water safety, confidence and competence in the water, personal survival activities and basic aquatic emergency procedure. The program is delivered by qualified instructors at pools, beaches and lakes throughout South Australia.
To properly facilitate the VASCWIM program a number of services will need to be conducted. These include but are not limited to:

Marketing and promotion of the program;
Customer service requirements;
Enrolments;
Employment of appropriately qualified water safety instructors;
Engagement and partnership with key aquatic providers in SA;
Program delivery;
Securing pool, lake and beach locations; and
Maintaining integrity of the VACSWIM brand.

The supplier will be required to conduct the VACSWIM program in its full capacity incorporating all the above, with a major focus on securing and providing evidence of partners to assist with delivery of the program.
