Description
The purpose of this bid is to contract with a qualified vendor to provide exterior restoration of one (1) Kawai Grand Piano No. 350 to satin black and regulate action to Kawai specs. Several District facilities will be undergoing renovation in the coming months and we will need to work with a vendor that can keep our piano at their facility until the renovation is complete, which is estimated to run through December 2024. A pre-bid walk-through will be conducted on March 19, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at Smithtown High School East, 10 School Street, St. James, NY 11780. Each bidder who plans to attend the walk-through should contact Michael Mastrangelo at 631-382-3028 to confirm attendance only.
