Description

Roof replacement projects may be issued for any of the facilities within the OCDSB.Projects may range in value from $25,000 to $2,000,000.The majority of the work will be scheduled during the months of July and August.   However, some work may occur during the school year and/or when the facilities are occupied.Contractors will be evaluated separately for prequalification to bid on future projects in four categories detailed below.  Categories are based on the estimated value of a project. Category 1 – Projects valued between $50,000 and $249,999Category 2 – Projects valued between $250,000 and $499,999Category 3 – Projects valued greater than $500,000 - $749,999Category 4 – Projects valued greater than $800,000Contractors may apply for qualification in one, all, or any combination of categories.
