Description
The Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie (the City) is requesting detailed and comprehensive proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide engineering services required for the Roof Replacement at the John Rhodes Community Centre (JRCC) at 260 Elizabeth Street including inspection of existing roof surfaces, recommendation of replacement options, cost estimates, development of specifications, tendering of construction and project administration. New roofing must support future solar panel installation. Additional upcoming projects that align with the scope of JRCC roofare also outlined within for consideration of potential integration of services on all parts.
