Description
The Corporation of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc (The Municipality) is accepting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms (The Consultant) to provide professional services for a Pavement Condition Assessment and Pavement Management System update for all paved roads throughout the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc (inclusive to Tar & Chip and Asphalt roads). The Municipality wishes to have the consultant prepare a ten (10) year capital plan based on a priority ranking which takes into consideration: road network deficiencies, return on investment, and methods for reducing maintenance costs.
