Description
This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Pelham Water System Upgrades Project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically both Category 10 and Category 11.
