Description
This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by Sturgeon County (the “County”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future leasing options or requirements.Sturgeon County is seeking interested local agricultural operators to provide information regarding the potential lease of agricultural land for annual crop or perennial forage production. The municipal land under consideration for this agreement is located at SE 17-56-22-W4 and consists of approximately 74 cultivated acres currently available for production.
