Description
The Township, responding to housing issues, applied for the Federal Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) in 2023 and received the funding in 2024. As part of the funding requirements the Township needs to complete a Housing Needs Assessment for the Township. To review statistical data and other relevant studies to create an understanding of the current housing in the Township and to review trends and changes to determine immediate and long-term housing needs to support the projected growth in the Township of Woolwich. The Housing Needs Assessment will help frame policy and direct funds associated with the HAF project as well as other housing issues in the Township.
