This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for RFP Consulting Services for the Development of an Integrated Waste Management Strategy for 2025-2029, for the provision of all design, labour, equipment and materials necessary, as further described in Appendix C of the RFP Particulars.The City of Kawartha Lakes requests proposals from qualified Consultants to provide a 4-year update to the Integrated Waste Management Strategy The update will be for the period of 2025-2029. The update will set goals and operational initiatives to divert waste from going to landfill and improve resource recovery into the future. The update will be in a report format.
