Description

General objective:
To satisfy the demand for radio advertising services in a timely and expeditious manner using an efficient method, within the framework of the provisions of Law No. 19,886 "Law on Bases for Administrative Supply Contracts and Service Provisions and its Regulations".

Specific Objective
To have different providers from the same Commune, which supplies the program in order to meet the needs originated by the Service in a short time and that the information reaches the whole community.

Justification
It is common that the inhabitants of the different communes of the province of Arauco and the number of stations in the same, people maintain a preference for radio, preventing the information to reach the entire community.
