Loto-Québec requires the services of a plumbing contractor to carry out maintenance and repair work on request for certain buildings in the Montreal area.

Submissions must be received electronically at depot.soumissions-propositions@loto-quebec.com .

No submissions received after the closing time and date will be accepted.

To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must meet the following criteria or the bid will be automatically rejected:


Have obtained the bid solicitation document via the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system "SEAO";
Have an establishment in Quebec or Ontario where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours;
Hold a valid Attestation from Revenu Québec, which must not have been issued after the closing date and time of this call for tenders. Failing to hold such a certificate, the Bidder must provide the "Absence of establishment in Quebec" form attached in Section E - "Bid Form" of this document, if it does not have an establishment in Quebec where it carries on its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours;
Not be registered in the Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Government Contracts (RENA);
Be accredited with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) and hold the appropriate licence for the work covered by this document;
Possess, on the date of submission of tenders, at least five (5) years of experience in carrying out plumbing work in the institutional and commercial construction sectors; in this regard, Loto-Québec may consider the experience of a subsidiary of the tenderer, its parent company or a company resulting from the merger of the tenderer, one of its subsidiaries or its parent company.


Loto-Québec undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any other bid received and, where applicable, will retain the bid that best meets its needs.
