2 Services to be provided2.1 IntroductionAs part of the further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), NBank operates an outsourced security service through an MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider), which was awarded a contract as part of a Europe-wide tender. In order to meet the requirements of MaRisk, BAIT and in particular DORA, NBank intends to have the backup operation of a Security Operations Center (SOC) as well as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) carried out by another external MSSP service provider.The aim is to introduce and operationalize a fully managed security service, including SOC, SIEM, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), forensics, optional vulnerability management and Network Detection and Response (NDR) for the bank's internal use; this contract also includes the development of organizational specifications and the definition of a target image for the use of the SIEM system. Over the course of the project, a SIEM platform operation and the necessary organizational specifications will be established in order to implement the information security requirements with regard to the monitoring scenarios.
