Refrigeration services for the Casino du Lac-Leamy, Hilton Lac-Leamy Hotel and the Early Years Centre

Closing date: July 9, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. local time


The Société des casinos du Québec inc, a subsidiary of Loto-Québec, wishes to retain, upon request, the services of a contractor to provide refrigeration services to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work on the equipment of the Casino du Lac-Leamy, the Hilton Lac-Leamy Hotel and the Centre de la petite enfance (CPE) in Gatineau's Cornemuse region.

Bidders may bid on any or all of the two (2) lots listed below.

BATCH 1: Equipment and parts other than quick coolers
BATCH 2: Blast chillers

All the conditions of this call for tenders are contained in the document that can be obtained from the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system (the "SEAO").

No bids received after the closing time and date will be accepted.

To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must meet the following criteria, otherwise its bid will automatically be rejected:


Obtain the call for tenders document directly from the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system "SEAO";
Be accredited by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec RBQ and hold the appropriate licence for the work covered by this document;
Hold a valid Attestation from Revenu Québec, which must not have been issued after the closing date and time of this call for tenders. If the bidder does not hold such a certificate, he must provide the form "Absence of establishment in Quebec" attached to Section E - "Submission Form" of this document, if he does not have an establishment in Quebec where he carries on his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his name and accessible during normal business hours;
Not to be registered in the register of companies not eligible for public contracts (RENA);


Possess, at the date of submission of the bids, three (3) years' experience in providing refrigeration services; in this regard, the Société des casinos du Québec inc. may consider the experience of a subsidiary of the bidder, its parent company or a company resulting from the merger of the bidder, one of its subsidiaries or its parent company.


The Société des casinos du Québec inc. does not undertake to accept the lowest or any other bid received per lot and, if applicable, will select the bid per lot that best meets its needs.
