1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. Solicitation Number: W91242-19-Q-5017 is as a Request for Quotation.
3. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, Effective 02-July-2015. Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation DPN 20150602, Effective 02-June-2015. Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation AFAC 2015-0406, Effective 06-April-2015.
4. This acquisition is issued as a small business set-aside. The NAICS code specified for this requirement is 484210.
5. Contract Line Item Numbers 0001 - Dis-assemble, rea-assemble, furniture and personnel move (See attached Statement of Work)
6. Description of requirement: The 145th Airlift Wing Contracting Office located at 4930 Minuteman Way, Charlotte, NC 28208 is issuing a solicitation for office moving Services. ONLY Certified Small Businesses are eligible for award. See additional language regarding eligibility requirements contained within this document.

Category 1 - Moving Services: Contractors will be responsible for preparation, transportation and relocation of all equipment, furniture, files and other miscellaneous office content as specified by the requesting agency. These moves may include location to location or within a location. Contractors must possess the appropriate expertise to orderly and efficiently relocate office facilities and all related equipment, furniture and content.
7. Period of performance: All work is to be completed, to include cleanup, no later than 59 calendar days from date of award. ONE WEEKS NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN PRIOR TO THE START OF WORK.
8. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
9. Site visit will be held on Tuesday 23 April 2019 starting at 9:00am EST at the 145th Airlift Wing, 4930 Minuteman Way, (building 63 conference room) Charlotte, NC 28208. All those interested in attending must send an email to Sarah.d.marshall.mil@mail.mil and Bryant.K.Alexander.mil@mail.mil NLT Friday 19 April 2019 at 10:00am EST with their intent to be at the site visit. PLEASE COMPLETE EAL DOCUMENT FOR SITE VISIT. MUST BE AT THE SITE VISIT IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A BID.
10. The Government advises offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror
Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
11. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
12. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
