United States - 12 Gauge Breaching, M1030 (AA54) Ammunition Cartridges

View Changes The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, on behalf of the Office of the Program Manager Maneuver Ammunition Systems is issuing a Request For Proposal W15QKN-24-R-0034 for the production of the Cartridge, 12 Gauge, Breaching M1030. The 12 Gauge Breaching cartridge shall be compatible for use in the Mossberg Models 500/590, Remington 870 and Benelli M1014. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract with five, one year ordering periods. Contract award is anticipated to be based on full and open competition. The realistic total quantity of rounds to be purchased against this contract is estimated as follows: 1,000,000. The maximum limit of the contractor obligation of quantity to deliver is 1,680,000. The response date for proposals is 25 March 2024 at 3PM Eastern Daylight time. Please see section A of the solicitation for instructions on obtaining limited distribution data (attachment 0002). AMENDMENT: Although an amendment has previously been posted to PIEE/SAM it was merely to address typographical posting errors and did not require an amendment to the actual solicitation; *therefore, this amendment to solicitation W15QKN-24-R-0034, as stated in block 2 of the SF30 is Amendment 0001. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate minor changes to the solicitation in Sections B (CDRL CLIN), L (L.3.4.1), and M (M.7.1), and to answer two questions received from industry. The due date for proposals (to include delivery of bid samples) remains unchanged.  The amendment is attached to this notice and available in PIEE
