Description

This Opportunity is seeking an Electrical Contractor(s) who will provide leadership working within an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model for a recreation centre portfolio, consisting of two (2) separate IPD projects across three (3) distinct locations.The City is also using this Opportunity to establish a multi-use prequalified list of Submitters that will be valid for a period of one (1) year from establishment of the list. If the City needs the same or similar expertise as sought in this Opportunity for the same Project(s), the City may, but is not required to, contact the highest ranked qualified in pursuit of reaching commercial terms agreement. Failing interest from the top ranked, or not being able to reach commercial terms agreement, the City may invite the next highest ranked. This process could continue until agreement is reached with a qualified or if no further qualified remain the City will choose a method to secure the expertise.
