This Opportunity is seeking Civil - Site Engineer who will provide leadership working within anIntegrated Project Delivery (“IPD”) model for a single large recreation centre with aquatics.The City is also using this Opportunity to establish a multi-use prequalified list of Submitters that will bevalid for a period of one (1) year from establishment of the list. If the City needs the same or similarexpertise as sought in this Opportunity for the same Project, the City may, but is not required to,contact the highest ranked qualified in pursuit of reaching commercial terms agreement. Failinginterest from the top ranked, or not being able to reach commercial terms agreement, the City mayinvite the next highest ranked. This process could continue until agreement is reached with a qualifiedor if no further qualified remain the City will choose a method to secure the expertise.
