INVITATION TO BID 1. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), through its Bids and Awards Committee-Security Plant Complex, invites Bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder requirement: Name of the Requirement: One (1) lot Supply of Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, Supervision and Other Services for the Improvement of Motorpool Building at BSP, Quezon City, as per BSP Technical Specifications and Other Requirements, Scope of Work and Specifications, and Plans/Drawings Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PhP2,126,000.00, inclusive of all applicable taxes Completion Period: The contractor shall complete and turn-over the project within ninety (90) calendar days reckoned from the date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed to be issued by the Department of General Services. 2. Bidders should have completed from Y2013 to present a contract similar to the requirement. The Eligibility Check/Screening and Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. 3. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens, sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, cooperative or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to Republic Act No. (R.A.) 5183. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by prospective Bidders from the address below and upon payment of the Bidding Documents fee, in the amount of PhP5,000.00. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the websites of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (www.philgeps.gov.ph) and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (www.bsp.gov.ph), provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 5.
