Please refer to the price sheet for details of the individual items The tender for the service is divided into two lots, which are as follows:Lot 1: Supply of cleaning chemicals and skin protection creamLot 2: Supply of wipe care, alcohol cleaner and sanitary cleaner (concentrate solution [tabs/caps/pods/sticks] plus bottles)The service will be provided via individual deliveries per delivery point. The individual call-offs are made from a central location. A total of around 350 delivery points in the Essen city area (e.g. schools, sports facilities, swimming pools, administrative buildings, libraries, cemeteries, kindergartens, etc.) are to be supplied.The quantities specified in the price sheets represent the expected demand for the contract period (one year) and are based on the call-off quantities determined from previous years. The quantities stated are estimates. There is no obligation to purchase. The framework agreement ends automatically at the end of the contract term.The specifications in the price sheets apply with regard to the items put out to tender; please note that any changes to the specifications will result in your tender being excluded from further evaluation.Safety and product data sheets must be submitted for all items when submitting the tender, indicating the ingredients and dosing quantities, among other things.2. TermThe term of the framework agreement is one year. It begins on 03.06.2024. 3. pricesThe prices for the individual items stated in the price sheet(s) are fixed prices. These prices cover all services provided by the Supplier, in particular delivery (to the point of use), freight, tolls, repackaging costs, delivery and transport insurance, packaging, raw material prices and other costs and charges, and are valid until the end of the term. 4. price sheetIn addition to the unit price, the internal article number, the product name, the manufacturer and the packaging unit must be stated for all items in the price sheet, unless the articles are specified as binding. If own brands are offered, these must be marked accordingly in the price sheet (in this case, please fill in the "Manufacturer" column accordingly and mark it with "E").5. quality labelThe City of Essen has set itself the goal of focusing more on aspects of sustainability in its tenders. This applies in particular to the tendering of cleaning chemicals. The quality labels specified in the price sheet for several items must be verified for the products offered. The requirements of the relevant quality mark must be met. Equivalent quality marks are permitted. It must be proven that the requirements of the quality mark are equivalent. If the tenderer was demonstrably unable to obtain the specified quality mark or an equivalent quality mark within the relevant period for reasons that cannot be attributed to it, each individual criterion of the quality mark must be proven by other suitable written evidence (e.g. certificates from conformity assessment bodies in accordance with Section 33 VgV or technical manufacturer dossiers). The submission of a self-declaration does not suffice as proof.the burden of proof that other quality marks place equivalent requirements on the service as the required quality mark lies with the bidder.if products are offered that do not meet the above requirements or if the bidder fails to prove equivalence, the bid will be excluded from further evaluation. 6 SamplingOriginally packaged samples of all items listed in the price sheet must be submitted by the end of the tender period.
