Description
The City of Playford (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for upgrades to the Kalara Reserve clubroom and changeroom infrastructure via a design and construct contract. (the Services).
Kalara Reserve located at Petherton Road, Davoren Park, is a large district level sports facility that primarily caters for soccer and cricket. It is home to the Andrews Farm Soccer & Community Club and most recently the Adelaide Dragons Soccer Club who are a current sub-licensee of the facility. Improvement for the facility is considered a high priority in Council’s Sportsground Strategy (2014). The direction and aim as per the Sportsground Direction Study (2014) is to consolidate the clubroom and changerooms and locate them more centrally to be able to better service the entire reserve.
