The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023r. to 31.12.2024r. -)To the premises and facilities - tariff groups C, G (year 2023) Part 1 of the contract - 4,964.87 MWh - the detailed list of PPE constitutes Attachment 1a to the SWZ 2)To the premises and facilities - tariff group B (year 2023) Part 2 of the contract - 615.94 MWh - the detailed list of PPE constitutes Attachment 1b to the SWZ.3)For road lighting (year 2023) Part 3 of the contract - 781.59 MWh - the detailed list of PPE is attached as Attachment 1c SWZ4)For premises and facilities - tariff groups C, G (year 2024) Part 4 of the contract - 726,16 MWh - the detailed list of PPE is attached as Attachment 1d to the SWZ5)For premises and facilities - tariff group B (year 2024) Part 5 of the contract - 125.00 MWh - the detailed list of PPE is attached as Attachment 1e to the SWZ6)For road lighting (year 2024) Part 6 of the contract - 213.21 MWh - the detailed list of PPE is attached as Attachment 1F to the SWZ.
Number of metering systems accounting for the electricity consumed - 604 items.2.A detailed description of the points of consumption (PPE) is provided by the contracting authority in Appendix 1a to the SWZ.3.Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract - 4,964.87 MWh, of which:Zone I 1,947.15 MWhZone II 2,696.33 MWhZone III 321.39 MWhThe above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/-10%).4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. Details of the timing of deliveries with respect to individual consumption points are described in Appendix 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery Period". Note: deliveries to PPE of the Municipality of Sianow in the period 01.01.2023. - 30.06.2023.5.The current electricity supply contracts will expire or be terminated effective the day before the planned date of commencement of deliveries (column "Supply period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the ordering parties (customers). Metering systems are adapted to the procedure for changing the seller.6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire effective the day before the planned date of commencement of deliveries (column "Period of Delivery").
