Founded in 1998 by Lynne Copp, The Worklife Company is a Leadership and Organisational Development Consultancy. Since formation we have achieved a reputation for helping organisations and individuals prepare for, lead and navigate all aspects of personal and organisational change and development. Our work is delivered through OD consulting, executive coaching, facilitation, leadership development, women in leadership development, culture change, system improvement and employee engagement.
Our unique approach results from our wide-ranging expertise and experience across many sectors, combined with robust research into optimum leadership and working environments that serve today’s world. We have worked with clients like: Ernst & Young, Google, Microsoft, HP, BAE Systems, UBS Warburg, The NHS, the Police and Armed Forces. Through research-based frameworks and innovative thinking, we champion and sustain new leadership approaches that change cultures, improve management practice, engage people, champion modern workplaces, improve system leadership and achieve transformational performance. We believe in working in partnership with our clients, sharing best practice and building internal capability that reduces external dependency.
