The Office Providers (TOPS) Ltd

Our client was based in Denmark; they were a FinTech company that had developed technology that provided business cards that automated expenses reporting.

They were expanding and required space for up to 80 desks.

Although they were In the FinTech sector, they didn’t want to be in the heart of the City of London financial district.

Their initial brief was 60 – 80 desks, kitchen, meeting rooms/small private phone booths, sofas and breakout space, hotdesking space. At this stage, they had already picked out the locations of Hackney, Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, Farringdon.

Because this was quite a broad brief, our first steps were to provide as much information as possible on each of the pinpointed locations and we did this by producing a guide for each area highlighting incumbent occupiers, average rental costs, examples of available offices for rent, transport information, retail and leisure facilities as well as anything else that may be useful for an occupier.
