International Chamber of Commerce arbitration proceedings

We are acting for a supplier of technical surveillance equipment in International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration proceedings against the Diplomatic Services Company (of Libya) (DSC), the Libyan Intelligence Service and the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord of Libya in a claim arising out of a contract for the sale of technical surveillance equipment to the Libyan Government which was delivered in 2015 but not paid for. The claim is for £4.8M and yet in its early stages. Service of the Request for Arbitration by the ICC has now taken place after considerable difficulties serving the DSC.
