For a number of event organisers we deliver the end-to-end project management for live theatres including sourcing and managing speakers, liaising with AV suppliers, briefing speakers, creating presentation decks and show reels and running all on-site programmes. This can involve in excess of 70 speakers across a 3 days event, running sessions to time, without technical glitches and delivering value and engagement for the audience. As part of this service we also coach and support speakers who would like to be included on such programmes for UK events including researching speaker platforms, contacting and pitching to organisers, negotiating fees, creating slide decks and managing logistics.
