Our due diligence covered the legal aspects i.e. client contracts, property lease renewals, employee contracts and other equipment leases, as well as the financial, taxation and accounting aspects covering PAYE, VAT, review of forecasts and a detailed review of the financial statements and balance sheet verification at the agreed date of acquisition. The due diligence went very well addressing all the risks the client had raised and was successfully concluded.
The target company is now our UK client for whom we act as statutory auditors, accountants and tax advisers.
