The work involved incorporating the UK limited company (“the client”) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of an Australian entity with its ultimate shareholders being Australian nationals. In addition to the incorporation service, we also provide registered office services to the company.

We have amended the client’s existing Australian franchise agreement to ensure that it complies with the laws of England and Wales and therefore could be used in the domestic market place.

Since the establishment of the business we have assisted the client in issuing franchise agreements to new franchisees (including preparation of side letters) and have helped manage any disputes which the client has had with its franchisees.

We have also provided immigration advice to the client and handled the successful application of a company sponsor license to enable the company to employ nationals from outside of the European Union.
