Danish subsiduary
We assisted the Danish company at every step of the way: from providing a UK registered office address, setting up the company structure, company secretarial, securing a commercial property lease on favourable terms, advising of requirements when transferring employees from Denmark to the UK, recruitment of UK employees, advising of data protection requirements and assisting with tax considerations.
This involved working in collaboration with trusted advisors, including accountants, property agents and tax specialists.
We have continued to provide ongoing support including drafting commercial contracts, employment law advice and assisting with debt recovery.
