Lactalis McLelland operate at UK consumer and trade shows including The Royal Highland Show and Royal Bath & West Show. ProExTra have completed a number of consultancy and staffing projects for them with outputs including:
Critical analysis of their current trade show proposition including event selection, stand design, pre-show marketing, objective setting & measurement, collateral and team training with recommendations for future development.
Production of a bespoke Operations Manual covering the end to end process of trade show planning and delivery
Review of current literature and selling tools with suggestions for improvements.
Recruitment, training and management of Brand Ambassador staff for consumer shows
